more closely examine fundraising dollars by comparing income generated to

Material Evaluation – RDI will evaluate the current fundraising and
communications materials, and make suggestions for added effectiveness
Marketing Plans – RDI will study marketing efforts in all gift
categories.
Planned Giving Program Evaluation – An extensive planned giving
program analysis will be conducted, and a thorough program evaluation will
be issued.
Major Gift Program Evaluation – All programs and aspects of the
major gift program will be assessed individually and then evaluated as a
cohesive and coordinated process.
