Moody Bible
Institute
Founded by D. L. Moody,
the heart of Moody is training people to reach the world for Christ. Moody Bible
Institute, located in Chicago, Illinois, offers three different education divisions:
undergraduate school, graduate school and distance learning. MBI trains students for
full-time ministry in churches, mission field and para-church organizations. In addition
to education, the ministries of MBI include Moody Broadcasting Network, Moody Press, Conference and Church ministries. RDI has had a
long and productive relationship with Moody Bible Institute assisting with the production
of materials, capital campaigns and one of the finest and most successful planned giving
programs in the nation.
Windermere
Baptist Conference Center
Windermere is one of the finest retreat and conference centers in the nation.
Located on the beautiful Lake of the Ozark Missouri, Windermere serves
hundreds of Christian
groups and more than 30,000 guests every year with outstanding facilities,
recreational opportunities and ministries. Windermere has been involved in
a major expansion of their campus and ministry during recent years.
RDI Consulting has assisted Windermere with a broad range of services
including organizational analysis, communications, marketing, programming,
and expansion of their development program.
The Special Learning Center
Early
intervention is the key to helping children with special needs meet the
challenges they face in life. Through classroom instruction and
comprehensive therapy services, the Special Learning Center seeks to help
every child attain his or her maximum potential. Located in Jefferson
City, Missouri, the SLC provides comprehensive, early intervention
services for children with developmental delays and disabilities. Children
served in the Special
Learning Center program have delays ranging from mild to severe. Whether
helping a child with cerebral palsy learn to walk or giving a child who is
deaf the gift of sign language, the Special Learning Center helps expand
the abilities of every child. Children without delays also attend the
Special Learning Center and serve as friends and role models to their
peers. RDI Consulting served as counsel for the Special Learning
Center's Exceptional Opportunities endowment campaign and continues
to provide counsel for their development program.
Southwest
Baptist University
Founded
in 1879, SBU is a thriving higher education institution with more than 3,500
undergraduate and graduate students enrolled annually. The 152-acre main campus is located
in the southern portion of Bolivar, Missouri, a community of about 9,000 residents that
serves as the seat of Polk County. There are 37 buildings on the main campus. The
University also operates centers in Dexter, Joplin, Mountain View, Salem and Springfield,
Missouri. RDI Consulting assisted Southwest Baptist University with their $50 million Partners in Excellence
capital campaign.
